No. They sent me the wrong order and won't fix it unless I pay them more money. And now they are ignoring me. No successes here

I was looking for a weighted blanket that was cotton, had glass beads, and was a fun color. I ordered mint green because of this, but then they sent me the same old grey that Chinese scam sites have. Sooooo... I didn't get what I wanted after researching for weeks.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Lunablanket.com?

They only have an email available. They responded to my first 2 emails and then started to ignore me when I wasn't happy with their responses
